Our school priorities are:
Priority 1
Continue to strengthen children’s early literacy skills across the whole school by ensuring a consistent, high-quality curriculum that supports improved outcomes for all
Priority 2
Foster pupils’ emotional literacy, resilience and positive attitudes towards learning through a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
Priority 3
Promote strong attendance by reducing persistent absence, enabling all pupils to fully benefit fully from their education and thrive.
Priority 4
Enhance outcomes for disadvantaged pupils through high quality first teaching and ongoing question level analysis to inform practise.
Priority 5
Strengthen the consistency and impact of teaching in reading, writing and maths through evidence-informed practice, targeted support, and effective use of assessment to secure progress for all learners.
