Pilgrimage to Chester Cathedral

Class: Year 5 Year: 2025 - 2026

Year 5 had a fantastic pilgrimage trip to Chester Cathedral.  We learnt about the history of Chester Cathedral as a monastery and as a place of pilgrimage.  We acted out being a monk and a pilgrim.

Some of us made Pilgrim's purse, mosaics, stained glass, art work and herbal mixes which monks made as medicine.

It was a fantastic day.
